• that a refundable $250 security deposit is required. This deposit is typically refunded immediately after the car is returned in good condition, without damage, and not requiring deep cleaning.​​​

• (!!!) PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT SOME CARS HAVE A MANUAL TRANSMISSION (!!!) SO, YOU SHOULD HAVE SKILLS TO DRIVE IT.

• If you are booking the car to display it at a restaurant or party as an ambiance feature, you may allow guests to take pictures in the car. However, kindly don’t stand or kneel on the seats — even without shoes. The vintage leather is delicate, and too much pressure could tear it. Any damage may require reimbursement for upholstery replacement.

• The following delivering fee are applicable to the address you placed in the order:

             free=>7mls

           7mls<$8.5<=120mls

           $16>120mls (might be negotiable based on circumstancies and conditions of booking)

You may estimate the delivery fee by calculating the distance using any GPS service (Apple Maps or Google Maps) from the following address: 24336 El Toro Rd, Laguna Hills, CA 92637.

Example: If the distance from the address above to your location is 20 miles, it falls within the range 7 miles < distance ≤ 120 miles, where the rate is $8.50 per mile.

Therefore, the total delivery fee (including both drop-off and pick-up) would be 20 miles × $8.50 = $170.

• Discount for long term bookings is discussed directly with the host:

            10%=>8days

          15%=>15days

          25%=>25days

          40%=>31days

          60%=>65days

We kindly inform you about the follows:

​

• Cars are no smoking/vaping of any kind/substance and no pets.

• Strongly prohibited to stand on the hood or any other exterior parts of the car which are not derectly made for it (places to stand on usually covered by rubber).

• Strongly prohibited to transport of, but is not limited to, any weeds, drugs, marijuana, marijuana wise.

• Should be returned clean with the full tank of gas as was given to you.

• This car is only for traveling within the United States. No crossing the United States borders. The car will be immediately reported to the police as stolen following to any crossings of the US border.

• This car goes with the toll roads, express lines, bridges transponder for your convenience. However, all fees will be charged at the end of your trip in accordance with the report provided from www.thetollroads.com. Please be aware that in other States it's your responsibility to pay for all tolled drive ways.

Any fines or unpaid fees dated within your trip will be charged at the time of they come, notwithstanding if they come much later than your trip was finished. We respect our future customers as much as we respect You. Therefore, please be aware that by booking this car you are agreed in cases:

• When the returned car is not clean there will be $85 of cleaning fee charged at the end of your trip.

• When there is a smoke-like, pets-like or any other sharp or distinct from normal smell or fur in the car at the time of returning, $250 smoke/smell/ allergen removal fee will be charged at the end of your trip.

• When you are returning our car with any fuel level below full, $90 extra fee will be charged at the end of your trip.

• If no any prior written arrangements or accepted modification to extend the trip, $100 late fee will be charged for every 30 minutes the car is returned late.

 

In addition, should a late return cause the cancellation of another customer’s booking, you agree to compensate for all related losses, as verified by the documentation we provide.

 

Please understand that such fees are applied only in cases of disregard for our care guidelines. They exist solely to compensate for the expenses of restoring the vehicle to its pristine condition or for losses resulting from late returns affecting other clients’ bookings.

Our relationship with each guest is founded on mutual respect — a standard we uphold for all our valued customers, including you.
