Difference between "Book Instantly" and "Request to Book" processes:

The "Request to book" the vehicle does not guarantee that the requested days are available. Please, consider that it is only a request, not an instant booking. Therefore, we kindly recommend booking the car well in advance using a "Request to Book" option. Usually, this type of the booking is more approptiate if you would like to book a car for a long period and(or) for a long distance delivery.

The "Book Instantly" option directs you to the DriveShare platform right to the page of this vehicle where you can access this vehicle's page and use the automatic booking service. This option ensures the car is fully covered by insurance for the booking period (an additional service fee may apply, which will be visible in the calculated receipt).

Please be advised that a refundable $250 security deposit is required for all types of bookings. This deposit is typically refunded immediately after the car is returned in good condition, without damage, and not requiring deep cleaning.

Also, please be aware that if you choose not to book the car through the instant process, you will need to provide your own auto insurance that covers rental cars, or, if applicable, business insurance if booking through a company.

If you are booking the car to display it at a restaurant or party as an ambiance feature, you may allow guests to take pictures in the car. However, please ensure that the car is treated with care.

As example: If you see that the distance to drive from the address above to your address is 20mls then, it falls under the range 7mls<$8.5<= 120mls. So, to calculate delivery fee (including dropping off at your place and picking up the car) you simply times miles on cost 20mls*$8.5=$170. the fees are negotiable for the long term bookings (more than one month)

This car is no smoking/vaping of any kind/substance and no pets.

Strongly prohibited to stand on the hood or any other exterior parts of the car which are not derectly made for it (usually covered by rubber).

Strongly prohibited to transport of, but is not limited to, any weeds, drugs, marijuana, marijuana wise.

Should be returned clean with the full tank of gas (87 regular) as was given to you.

This car is only for traveling within the United States. No crossing the United States borders. The car will be immediately reported to the police as stolen following to any crossings of the US border.

This car goes with the toll roads, express lines, bridges transponder for your convenience. However, all fees will be charged at the end of your trip in accordance with the report provided from www.thetollroads.com. Please be aware that in other States it's your responsibility to pay for all tolled drive ways.
Any fines or unpaid fees dated within your trip will be charged at the time of they come, notwithstanding if they come much later than your trip was finished. We respect our future customers as much as we respect You. Therefore, please be aware that by booking this car you are agreed in cases:

When the returned car is not clean there will be $85 of cleaning fee charged at the end of your trip.

When there is a smoke-like, pets-like or any other sharp or distinct from normal smell or fur in the car at the time of returning, $250 smoke/smell/ allergen removal fee will be charged at the end of your trip.

When you are returning our car with any fuel level below full, $80 extra fee will be charged at the end of your trip.

If no any prior written arrangements or accepted modification to extend the trip, $100 late fee will be charged for every 30 minutes the car is returned late.
Additionally to it, if the late return entails the cancellation of the customer’s booking following late return you are agreed to reimburse all losses from the booking cancelled caused by late return in accordance with the provided evidence from us.
Please, consider that these fees are applied only in cases of your disrespect or violation of our guidelines, as a matter of reimbursement of our expenses or losses to turn our car back to condition it was at the time you received it or to settle the breaching the schedule with the other customers caused by your late return.
